Manufacturer warranties apply to materials as provided by their respective suppliers (such as GAF, CertainTeed, Owens Corning, or others).

Warranties do not cover damage resulting from:

  • Improper maintenance

  • Storms, hail, or acts of nature

  • Alterations by a third party


7. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel a scheduled appointment or service agreement by contacting us at least 48 hours in advance.
If materials have already been ordered or work has begun, certain costs may still apply.


8. Intellectual Property
