At Nailed It Roofing & Restoration, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our work and strive to ensure every homeowner is completely satisfied with the results.

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or adjustments may be issued for services rendered.


1. Deposits and Payments

  • All deposits made to schedule or begin a project are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has begun.

  • Deposits secure your project on our schedule and allow us to purchase materials and allocate labor.


2. Service Cancellations

If you cancel a project before materials are ordered or work has started, we will refund your deposit in full.
If materials have already been ordered or delivered, the cost of those materials (plus any applicable restocking fees) will be deducted from the refund amount.


3. Quality Assurance Guarantee

We take pride in doing things right the first time. If you are not satisfied with any portion of our work, please contact us within 30 days of project completion.
We will:

  • Inspect the issue promptly

  • Repair or correct the problem at no additional cost if it falls under our workmanship warranty

Refunds will only be considered after all reasonable repair or replacement options have been exhausted.


4. Non-Refundable Services

The following items are non-refundable once performed:

  • Labor or inspection services already completed

  • Emergency or storm repair services

  • Work approved and completed to specification

  • Services performed under third-party insurance claims


5. Manufacturer Warranty Claims

If your concern is related to a product defect (such as roofing shingles, sealants, or gutter materials), we will assist you in filing a warranty claim with the manufacturer.
Manufacturer warranties are handled directly by the supplier, and refund policies may vary.
